St Edmund's College, Cambridge

St Edmund's College is ideally situated to host smaller conferences, educational courses, and academic meetings in the period late June to late September.

For residential events the College offers your event accommodation for up to 60 delegates. The rooms on offer include en suites for single occupancy, as well as modern study bedrooms with shared facilities. The College facilities at your disposal are in a range of buildings dating from 1896, 2002 and 2006, all in a compact campus with delightful landscaping at Mount Pleasant, just a few minutes walk from this historic centre of the University, yet conveniently located for access to the West Cambridge science campus. The Garden Room can be used as your lecture venue for up to 100 delegates or as a reception room for up to 125. The College has four syndicate or class rooms able to accommodate up to 20 participants.

The College catering department can provide you with private lunches and dinners in its Huddleston Room (capacity 20) or the Dining Hall (capacity 80). The College is a popular and affordable choice for the annual dinners of university departments and their groups as well as student societies. You can select St Edmund's to celebrate birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and retirement celebrations with an elegant dinner in the candlelit Dining Hall.

In the summer period the College offers you accommodation to visiting academics and graduate students at attractive rates. Room only rentals are available for periods of one week or longer. Apartments may be available for couples - just ask.
