Nobel Laureate Sir Martin Evans FRS, and Honorary Fellow of St Edmund’s
College is to be awarded the degree of Doctor of Law honoris causa by the
University of Cambridge at a Congregation to be held on the 23rd June.
Sir Martin was formerly Professor of Mammalian Genetics and Fellow of St
Edmund’s College when he worked in Cambridge. He received his Nobel
Prize in 2007 for the discovery of mammalian embryonic stem cells.
