Research Lectures

The objective of The Faraday Institute's series of lectures and discussions is to explore the relationship between Christianity and issues in science and society. Well-known international speakers who are leaders in their fields are invited to give public lectures in Cambridge on a broad range of topics. The lectures are organised by The Faraday Institute and followed by dinner-discussions to explore in depth the issues raised by the lecture.

The VHI Lecture Series explores the links between Christianity and Society and it is dedicated to a different theme every year. Each lecture is followed by a discussion and the possibility to meet the speakers in a friendly atmosphere. The Institute also hosts the annual Von Hügel and Lattey Public Lectures as well as reading groups for research students and occasional workshops, courses and colloquia.
