Development Assistant

St Edmund’s College is looking to appoint a full-time Development Assistant to join its growing and enterprising Development Office team at a very exciting time in the College’s history. With ambitious building projects and an increasing pool of alumni and supporters we are looking for someone who can support the work of the whole office.

They will work closely with and for the Development Officer to support the Office’s stewardship function, some of its communications work as well as helping to maintain the College’s development database. They will also play a crucial support function for the work of the office more generally. The successful applicant must be comfortable working in a small and informal team while being able to both manage an intense and varied workload, proving themselves adaptable and willing to learn new skills as they go. This is a broad and varied role, useful for those pursuing a career in Development as well as for those who have a solid grounding in administrative work.
