Dining Hall Formal Feast 1

Dining Hall

Our traditional style main Dining Hall is situated in the Norfolk Building. With plenty of natural light our Dining Hall is the perfect venue to hold a Formal Lunch, or Dinner with capacity for up to 110 people.

A supplemental charge will be added should numbers fall below the minimum requirement for the event – details available upon request.

Garden Room Conference Set Up

Garden Room

The Garden Room is situated in the Luzio Building with access to our beautiful orchard at the rear.

Light and spacious, with full audio-visual facilities and air conditioning, the Garden Room is suitable for a variety of functions from lectures or seminars and larger boardroom meetings, to open workshops or drinks receptions.

Huddleston dining 2

Huddleston Room

The Huddleston Room is located next to the Dining Hall and is ideal for holding smaller, more intimate lunches and formal dinners for up to 18 people.

The Huddleston room can also be used for boardroom meetings, with portable AV facilities available upon request.

Okinaga Boadroom 1

Okinaga Room

Situated at the top of the tower in the Norfolk Building, the Okinaga Room is the highest meeting room in Cambridge and has a spectacular uninterrupted view across our Collegiate City. This room has plenty of natural light, and air conditioning, and is an ideal space for boardroom meetings and smaller seminars, as well as more intimate drinks receptions.

AV facilities are available upon request.

Luzio Building Library front

Library Rooms

The Michael Murphy Room and the Terry McLaughlin Room are situated in the Library, within the Luzio Building.

These two rooms are suitable for smaller meetings, classes, or as syndicate rooms for larger events elsewhere in the College. Each room can seat 6 people, but with a removable partition wall the space can seat up to 20. Audio-visual equipment with interactive whiteboard capability is available in both rooms, along with air conditioning.  These rooms are only available out of term.
