St Edmund’s College, Cambridge, has made the following announcement regarding the employment tribunal claim brought against the College by Dr Noah Carl: “It was agreed that it was in neither party’s interest to pursue a prolonged and expensive legal process. As a result we have settled our dispute without any admission of liability and Dr Carl has withdrawn his claim. The terms of the agreement are confidential. As an educational charity, our focus is on maintaining the vibrant academic life of the College and the wellbeing of our student body and community. We are pleased that this matter has been brought to a conclusion so that all parties can move on.”
