Your to-do-list

Postgraduate Accommodation Allocation
St Edmund’s College is unable to guarantee accommodation for postgraduate students. Accommodation is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible offer-holders. To be eligible to book accommodation, you must have met ALL the conditions of your offer, this must have been confirmed to the College by the Postgraduate Admissions Office (this happens automatically – there is no need for you to email us when you receive confirmation of your admission) and you must have filled in the online Postgraduate Personal Details Form (this was included with your offer of College membership). Accommodation booking links are sent manually to newly eligible postgraduate offer-holders every Thursday at around midday. Please do not contact us unless you have not received the booking link by 3pm on the Thursday after you have received your confirmation of admission from the Postgraduate Admissions Office.
Due to the individualised nature of the confirmation process and the differences in timings of this process for individual students, we are unable to comment on when in the cycle our postgraduate accommodation will become fully booked.
St Edmund’s College is committed to making reasonable adjustments where required including where possible in the allocation of your accommodation in College. If you are managing a medical condition (e.g. physical or sensory impairments) or would like to make us aware of wellbeing-related matters that need to be taken into account in the allocation of accommodation, please communicate these via the Postgraduate Personal Details Form. Following submission of the form, our wellbeing team may reach out to you discuss your requirements and how these can be accommodated for.
