Learning CPR takes just one hour, but the skills could last a lifetime. Come and join us to gain these skills.
We are delighted to welcome the East Anglian Air Ambulance to deliver a one-hour CPR and Defibrillator Community Training Session. This interactive session will provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to respond in a cardiac emergency.
During the session, you will learn:
- How to recognise a cardiac arrest
- How to perform effective CPR
- How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- What to do while waiting for emergency services to arrive
No previous experience is required.
St Edmund’s students are invited to register for this training here.
This event is organised by the Health and Wellbeing Advisor, within the College’s Wellbeing team.
