Take a break and join us for our first Happy Slump Day of Michaelmas Term 2026, with tea, coffee, fruit, and cake.
Slump Day is a tradition at St. Edmund’s! Twice a term, we come together and share delicious snacks and drinks created in-house by our talented Catering team. Vegan and gluten free options will be available. Come along to catch up with old friends and meet new people. Everybody is welcome, and there is no need to pre-book. Feel free to drop in for 5 minutes, or stay for the whole hour.
Wear green for World Mental Health Day!
World Mental Health Day is on Saturday 10 October 2026. Green is the colour for mental health awareness, symbolizing new life, growth, and hope. By wearing green, we can break stigma, spark open conversations, and show each other that we are not alone. Wearing your favourite green item to our first Michaelmas Slump Day is encouraged – but not mandatory.
Meet Sofia, our Health and Wellbeing Advisor.
Sofia, our Health and Wellbeing Advisor, will join us at this event to host a ‘Health Promotion Hub’, a space to discuss and support regarding GP registration, NHS app and vaccination. If you’re new to Cambridge, this is a great opportunity to answer your questions about getting set up with access to all the health services you may need.
