Four Eddies students and an alumna will be hot stepping it up to Scotland to perform their shows at the Edinburgh Fringe this August.
If you’re planning on walking the cobbled streets this summer, make sure you check out both of these shows!
Oh Hillary!
First up is Oh Hillary! Written by Conor Bilfuco and directed by Dalton Scott, Oh Hilary stars Conor, Emma Garrison and Sam McCleery.
But what is the show about we hear you cry? Let us tell you…
Rejected by Hillary Clinton at Yale, he now trashes her nightly on Fox News! When ‘Mommy’ announces her presidential run, conservative pundit Chet Bigsley’s carefully constructed reality implodes in spectacular fashion. Watch one man’s obsession spiral into a whiskey-soaked, saxophone-interrupted breakdown that asks: is cable news just revenge porn for the politically rejected?
This late-night satire from Oh No Theatre serves up sex, politics and delusion with a shot of irreverence. Perfect for anyone who enjoys their comedy with teeth and their commentary uncensored.

Eat the Rich (But Maybe Not Me Mates x)
Next up is alumna Jade Franks (m. 2018) with her show, Eat the Rich (But Maybe Not Me Mates x). An exciting new one-woman show based on her experience of studying at Cambridge University, challenging stereotypes while recognising the nuances of class structures and the different privileges we each hold. The play questions the notion of meritocracy and whether it is possible to socially mobilise without giving up parts of what makes you, you.
You can see Jade’s show at the Pleasance Courtyard.
