Accredited Wellbeing Consultant Bianca Armitage will return to St. Edmund’s to lead a workshop on the following:

  • The neuroscience of goal setting
  • Education on SMART goals and how to create them
  • Interactive setting of SMART goals
  • The neuroscience of habit building
  • Interactive creation of a personalised habit tracker
  • Questions

Bianca Armitage

Bianca Armitage is a Neuroscience of Wellbeing Consultant, specialising in sleep, stress and behaviour change. She runs her own Neuroscience of Wellbeing Consultancy business, Live Brighter NOW. After completing three dissertations on sleep, stress and happiness, she went on to gain a first-class masters in Neuroscience and became an accredited EMCC Health Coach. By focusing on overall wellbeing, she helps clients enhance both their quality of life and work/life balance to help them realise the brighter life they’ve always wanted.

Bianca has previously joined us to lead workshops on the neuroscience of sleep, and the neuroscience of stress management, which have received great ratings from our students.
