Join us to learn new bike maintenance skills and improve your cycling.
Welcome to Cambridge, the cycling capital of the UK.
This week at Wellbeing Wednesday, we will be joined by bike mechanics from Outspoken Cycles, who will run a bike maintenance demonstration.
At this Wellbeing Wednesday, you’ll be able to:
- Learn lifelong bike maintenance skills to help you feel more confident cycling in Cambridge
- Find out how to repair the dreaded bike tyre puncture
- Discover how to do a 5-minute bike safety check, called an ‘M-check’
- Answer any questions you have about cycling in Cambridge
Find out more about keeping your bike in college here.
Outspoken Cycles will have a demonstration bike to teach bike maintenance skills – there is no need to bring your own bike.
Refreshments will be available.
Booking is essential for this popular event. 1 week before the event, the Wellbeing team will circulate a booking link to all St Edmund’s students via email where you can sign up for your spot.
