The University’s Sports Yearbook for 2015 has recently been published. This provides an overview of sport in the University, including news of the success of the West Cambridge Sports centre, as well as a description of the new University Sports Committee chaired by a Pro-Vice Chancellor, which should facilitate a more strategic approach to the allocation and management of resources and raise the profile of sport throughout the University.

In addition, the Sports Yearbook 2015 also includes the individual reports of all University Clubs on their 2013-14 campaigns and lists all the Blues, Half Blues and Club Colours awarded in that year. We congratulate all of the following members of St Edmund’s on their sporting successes in the 2013-14 academical year.

Blues: Hockey – Nadesh Ramanathan; Lawn Tennis – Venise Chan; Rowing – Stephen Dudek, Joshua Hooper, Matthew Jackson, Luke Juckett; Rugby Union -Donald Stevens.

Half Blues: Ice Hockey – Gillian Brooks, Thomas Grant; Netball – Charlotte Plumtree.

Club Colours: Goldie (Rowing) – Alexander Leichter, Jason Lupatkin; Golf – Chris Robertson.
